I leased a ’06 Pilot in May of 2006 from your sales representative Mario Zegarra. I have since then recommended your dealership and sales rep Mr. Zegarra to any friend, co-worker or family member interested in buying a car. I will be returning to either extend, lease or purchase another Honda from your dealership because of the wonderful treatment I received from Mr. Zegarra three years ago. I first encountered Mr. Zegarra when I entered the lot; he was very forthright and honest when I explained my situation. He was very accommodating and efficiently speed me through the paperwork in exactly 1 hour and a half. I remember it was 1hour and a half because it seemed impossible to be driving out with my new car so quickly. Mr. Zegarra guided me through the process with out any pressure or “games”. He said as we walked into the dealership he would help me drive out with the car I wanted with my terms as soon as he could and he did exactly that. Never have I had such a wonderful experience at a dealership before. Every year Mr. Zegarra takes the time to touch bases with me to make sure I’m still happy with my car, a detail I find amazingly attentive. I felt taken care of not only by Mr. Zegarra but also by the lease manager Daniel Carmolinga. I’m used to being pressured to buy all the extras and the extended warranty at this point, but was amazed that my wonderfully surprising treatment continued with Mr. Carmolinga as he guided not pressured me through the final process while my car was being washed and delivered to me. I can’t believe that I am honestly looking forward to returning to your dealership next year and hope to deal with both Mr. Zegarra and Mr. Carmolinga. Thank you for having such khowledgeable, attentive and efficient staff members like Mr. Zegarra and Mr. Carmolinga.

We are so grateful that we had the opportunity to work with you when we purchased our car! As we mentioned to you, we haven’t purchased any “new” vehicles for quite a while, opting instead to purchase certified pre-owned vehicles, typically Acuras. We’ve walked out of dealerships in the past because we didn’t like the aggressive/pushy attitude and the “games” so often played with and especially your honesty, in completing our sales.
